Revitalize Auberry is coordinating a community-wide clean-up day in Auberry on Sat., February 8 at 9am. Volunteers will meet across the street from Ponderosa Market at the old General Store site. Donuts and coffee will be provided as well as safety vests. Attendees should bring gloves and trash bags; two large roll-off bins—one for green waste and one for regular trash—will be provided by Ponderosa Solid Waste.

If you would like to help with more than garbage, please feel free to bring some simple yard tools for general clean-up of landscape.
Workers from California Conservation Corps will be on site to help with clean-up and connect to the community of their new site (old Auberry Elementary). Big Sandy Rancheria’s High Sierra Trail Crew will be helping out as well.
We have cooperation from the county, our local CalTrans yard, Auberry Volunteer Fire Department and are gathering groups of volunteers. We will work our way through town, starting at the old General Store and spreading along Auberry Road, north past the old school grounds and southwest toward the mill site, as far as we can go.
This clean-up event is the first effort from the Beautification Subcommittee of Revitalize Auberry and will lead to many more projects that aim to invigorate our community and rebuild our collective sense of pride.
We'd love to see you there!
Thank you, Revitalize Auberry Steering Committee
